We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the quality, timeline, cost, or outcome of any concrete project.

Project results depend on numerous factors including site conditions, weather, material availability, and contractor performance - all of which are beyond our control as a referral service.

Any images, descriptions, or examples shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results for your project.

Your actual project scope, pricing, timeline, and results will be determined through direct negotiation with Inner Loop Construction.

Any service agreements, quotes, contracts, or payment arrangements are made directly between you and Inner Loop Construction.

We are not a party to those agreements and have no responsibility for payment collection, project completion, or dispute resolution related to the actual construction work.

You acknowledge that our referral fee or marketing relationship with Inner Loop Construction does not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between us and the contractor.

If you are connected with Inner Loop Construction through our referral service, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship for a period of 24 months from your initial contact.

This means you will not directly hire or engage Inner Loop Construction for any concrete projects during this period without our involvement, unless you had a pre-existing relationship with them prior to using our service.

This clause is necessary to protect our legitimate business interests as a referral service and ensure we receive appropriate compensation for successful introductions.

While we strive to connect you with qualified and reputable contractors, we do not independently verify all credentials, licenses, insurance coverage, or work history.

We recommend you conduct your own due diligence, including verifying licenses, insurance, references, and reviewing any contracts carefully before engaging any contractor.

We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct by Inner Loop Construction or any other third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Contractors of Allen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our referral service.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount of any referral fees we received in connection with your specific project, if any.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concrete Contractors of Allen from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our service or your relationship with any referred contractor.

This includes legal fees and costs incurred in defending against such claims.

We encourage resolving any disputes through good-faith communication. If formal proceedings become necessary, any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Collin County, Texas for any disputes arising from these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
